This was such a beautiful evening. If you ever get the chance to attend, you will not be disappointed.

Who else has this story? You sat in church, you h Who else has this story?

You sat in church, you heard the truths, and you got it in your head but didn’t quite grasp it in your heart.

This recipe is a breeding ground for shame that was never intended for you to carry.

If you’ve lived this and come out the other side, you have a story. You have testimony showcasing the revealing power of the Holy Spirit.

The above video is a sermon clip from a lengthier sermon I delivered in Virginia Beach.

I’m a trained speaker and graduate from Dallas Theological Seminary living in Coastal Virginia. I would love to support your church as a guest preacher or serve as a speaker for your next event.

Beauty is my daughter running up to me with sandy Beauty is my daughter running up to me with sandy hands to gift me yet another treasure she’s found on the beach.

Beauty is my son smiling from ear to ear as he makes each and every soccer goal in the privacy of his own backyard.

Beauty is the mundane turned magical simply by being noticed.

Notice beauty today and you’ll see it.

I was whipping up school lunches when I overheard I was whipping up school lunches when I overheard @craigmelvinnbc share on live tv that the Holy Spirit just moved him to ask the new NY Archbishop to pray.

So often in Christian circles we tend to think our faith operates in a tight circle to the exclusion of the outside world. When this happens, we can falsely assume the average person has little if any framework for the God presented to us in Scripture.

However, in times of crisis, we see that there are people across sectors who do in fact turn to God.

I am encouraged by Craig’s tenderness to the Holy Spirit and prayerfully ask alongside this circle of friends to @savannahguthrie that there would be peace, comfort, and clarity.

Savannah, I’m sad with you.
